If there is ever a time you need to contact us, you will have priority regardless of the number of clients in the queue. A Decoration Dash Representative will be available to assist you and will always find a way to solve any issues you are experiencing.

Are you unsatisfied with your current project? Are you experiencing any technical difficulties with your setup? Do you have any comments about your decorations? Call your Decoration Rep. anytime, from 9 am to 9 pm, and we will have Decoration Dashers at your property to take care of any issues.
Our employees will spend countless hours putting together a truly mesmerizing decorative display designed specifically to accommodate your wants and needs. If, at any time, you are unhappy with the way things look, notify your on-site supervisor and they will fix anything - big or small - that isn’t up to par with your artistic vision.

If any of your lights do not work, Decoration Dash will cover the cost of needed replacements and will fix any issues with your set-up *
If you need help after our Decoration Dashers finish your decor, our customer service representatives will happily offer any assistance possible
Our dedicated team of professionals will be available to help protect your set-up from damages, and will stop by upon request to repair any damaged decorations
